Method:  1. Method;
2. Soak the sultanas in the cider, then add to the mixing bowl.
3. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl (ex. pear).
4. Blend in 1st speed for 1 minute.
5. Scrape down the bowl and continue mixing on 1st speed for a further 4 minutes.
6. Add the pear and mix on 1st speed for a further 30 seconds.
7. Scale at 400g into greased or paper lined loaf tins.
8. Bake at 160oC (320oF) for 60 minutes.
