USING MULTISEED BREAD CONCENTRATE

  Soft or Cake Flour 4.000
  Caster Sugar 5.335
  Butter/Margarine 3.335
  Bicarbonate of Soda 0.040
  Whole Egg 0.335

Method:  1. MIXING
2. Using a beater: Blend all the ingredients (excluding the egg) together on slow speed for approx 3 minutes until a fine crumble is achieved
3. Add the egg and mix together on slow speed to form a paste. Do not over mix as this will make the dough more sticky.

4. METHOD
5. Roll into a fat sausage shape and cut slices off to scale @ approx 75gms
6. Lay flat on a baking sheet with enough space to allow for flowing during baking
7. Bake @ 170C (338F) for approx 15-20 minutes using a low bottom heat.
8. 20 minutes bake will give a crisp product.
