USING MULTISEED BREAD CONCENTRATE

  Total Weight 19.200
Method:  1. MIXING
2. Using a beater: Mix together until all the fat is rubbed in and clear
3. Add water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed
4. Scrape down and mix for 1 minute on slow speed until clear
5. Add fruit and disperse evenly

6. METHOD
7. Sheet out and cut out scones to required size
8. Place on a baking sheet and glaze if desired
9. Rest for 15 minutes
10. Bake @ 220C (428F) for approx 20 minutes until baked
