USING MULTISEED BREAD CONCENTRATE

Method:  1. MIXING TIME
2. Spiral: 2 minutes slow, 4 minutes fast
3. Add fruit on slow speed to clear

4. METHOD
5. Scale at 500gms
6. Mould into balls
7. Spray Panettone cases with Bakels Sprink Release
8. Place into Panettone cases
9. Prove 50 minutes just below the case edge
10. Bake @ 204C (400F) for approx 45-50 minutes
11. When cool, can be dusted with icing sugar
