Method:  1. MIXING TIME
2. Conventional: 20 minutes
3. High Speed:2 minutes
4. Spiral: 2 minutes slow, 4 minutes fast
5. Add fruit on slow speed to clear
6. METHOD
7. No time dough
8. Dough temperature 27C (80F)
9. Scale at 90gms
10. Prove 50 minutes approx
11. Cross with BAKELS CROSSING MIX
12. Bake for approx 12 - 15 minutes @ 225C (435F)
13. Glaze with BAKELS BUN GLAZE
