Method:  1. Mixing Time:
2. Spiral Mixer: 3 minutes slow, 5 minutes fast
3. Dough temperature 25 C (77 F)
4. Method:No time dough
5. Scale at 100g allow dough to recover before final moulding
6. Prove (approx): 60 minutes
7. Bake at 230 C (450 F) for 14 minutes
