Method:  1. Mixing Time:
2. Spiral Mixer: 6 minutes slow, 5 minutes fast
3. Finished dough temperature 25 C (77 F)
4. Method:60 minutes bulk fermentation in oiled container
5. Tip out onto a workbench (do not knock back) divide into required weight and shapes
6. Dry prove: 40 minutes
7. Bake at 240 C (465 F) for approx. 24 minutes (400g)
