Method:  1. MIXING TIME
2. Conventional: 20 minutes
3. High Speed: 2 minutes
4. Spiral: 2 minutes slow, 5 minutes fast

5. METHOD
6. Dough temperature 25C (77F)
7. Scale as desired
8. Prove 50 minutes approx
9. Bake for approx 35 minutes
10. Bake: 220C (430F)

11. Water & yeast levels should be monitored and adjusted as necessary to suit processing conditions.
