Method:  1. Mixing Time:
2. Conventional: 20 minutes
3. High Speed: 2 minutes
4. Spiral: 2 minutes slow, 5 minutes fast

5. Method:
6. Dough temperature 25oC
7. Scale at 900gms
8. Prove 50 minutes approx.
9. Bake for approx. 35 minutes
10. Bake: 220oC

11. Water & yeast levels should be monitored and adjusted as necessary to suit processing conditions.
